Should the Lakers Trade Andrew Bynum To The Clippers for Blake Griffin?
Something to think about while you're watching the Lakers vs. Clippers tonight; should the Lakers trade Andrew Bynum for Blake Griffin?
Uh yeah, I think so.
Hell, the Lakers ought to throw in Odom and Artest if they have to.
UPDATE - You know, I just finished watching the whole clip. Here are my thoughts:
1) Blake Griffin is very big. At only 21 years of age, 6-10 and 250 (he looks heavier than that to me) he has already filled in. He is already bigger than almost everyone in the NBA/
2) There are times when he looks like a man playing against children. But, of course, he's playing against his NBA competition.
3) In everyone of these clips, he's more graceful AND quick than everyone else on the floor. His quickness and grace are up there with the best in the league; LeBron, Kobe, D-Wade, Durant, etc.
4) Watching these clips reminds me of the early days of two of the greatest young player debuts I have ever witnessed; Impossible as it may seem, Blake Griffin combines the quickness, hops, grace, and power of Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal. Differences? Yes, Shaq was more dominant early in his career than Griffin is now. But, Griffin is way better than Kobe was early on.
I'm telling you, we may be witnessing the next player of a generation.
