RE: Snoop and Took or Snoopy and Tookie

Thank you for getting to the Snoop/Tookie rally.
I'd been wanting to get to that as well, and I couldn't have said it better myself.
But you brought up another question, or observation from me.
Over 1,000 attendees showed up, to support Tookie?
NO, THEY DID NOT!
They showed up to see Snoop, and only a little more than 1,000 people?
Snoop Dogg could draw more than 1,000 people to watch him wipe his ass.
This goes to show that people do not support Tookie Williams, PERIOD!

First there was this...
Community activist Najee Ali and Nation of Islam minister Tony Muhammad said Wednesday they had resolved a dispute over Ali's contention that the minister's bodyguards beat him at a recent news conference.
Ali said Muhammad had blamed him for not getting reporters to an event calling for clemency for death row inmate and former Crips leader Stanley "Tookie" Williams. Muhammad said he didn't know who hit Ali.
It was obvious that nobody supported Tookie, and Muhammad didn't want to look like an idiot (he will do that for himself soon enough), so he blamed Ali.
Then on Friday Tony Muhammad had another rally for Tookie.
I was listening to talk radio on the way home from work that day, and the reporter covering the event said there was about a handfull of people there, and the reporters outnumbered the supporters.
Then John and Ken, the hosts of the show had an interview with Tony Muhammad.
That guy is insane!
I wish you could hear him speak at length, and not just his talking points on the news.
He actually said that yes, Tookie founded the Crips, and The Forefathers of this country weren't perfect, they made mistakes, therefore, Tookie made mistakes too.
OH, fantastic!
If Tookie is like the forefathers of The United States, that would make Tony Muhammad something like what, Jesus!?
Drop your Bibles folks, write down everything Tony Muhammad says, and do that!
Otherwise, this guy needs to be in a pink padded room, with a nice white coat, you know, the kind that restricts him from hurting himself...
I would like to leave this last thought on Tookie...
